This salsa is made with a primary blend of quality roasted tomatillos (green tomatoes), Serrano, and Chile de Árbol peppers. The other spices you will identify in your discovery of flavor.

Our fire-cooked ingredients give our salsa a unique palate, original to green salsa’s tradition.  We move beyond the familiar by overlaying a very spicy and lasting aftertaste.
