Our Salsas

We proudly make our salsas using selected organic tomatoes, chili peppers, garlic, sea salt, and lime juice. The tomatoes, chili peppers, and garlic are fire-roasted to bring out the delicious flavor and spiciness.

To preserve our salsa, we use lime juice and sea salt to enhance the salsa flavor. There are no added artificial ingredients or preservatives to our salsas.

Salsa Brava Clásica

We have been here before, and wondered. We look at our table while the sun basks its light. The chips, if right, are crisp, anointed with oil and salt.

Sometimes we wait for moments to be interrupted by a classic salsa, Well, your party has arrived. Take your journey of flavor and ancients spices. Talk, laugh, and share. Eat and burn a moment of  togetherness into the fabric of elated minds.

Salsa Brava Oro

Delicate and delicioso:  violin and chello move slow against the palate.  We are lulled into the building crescendo of heat. And we wait. We surprise ourselves into the fire, while the Quartet plays the roasted music of Tomatillos, Habanero, Serrano and Chile de Árbol.  With each bite our orchestra plays until each flavor takes its solo turn for appreciation.

You can dwell in the darkness of blackened desert fruit. Fire roast yourself out of the absence between flavors. Wonder at what Pasilla peppers mashed into those darkened tomatillos and unowned cloves of garlic say when emerging on palate: raisins.

Eat the ashes of a fruit squeezed slowly; and tight – pressurized until you wonder: “How does that smoke survive on my palate?” Is it the mellow acid of the tomatillos? Or the fruity, earthy flavor of Pasilla’s desert berries?

 Eat to close dark yesterdays and brighten the day.

Our optimum delectable salsa.   Made with selected organic tomatoes, Habanero, Serrano, Chile de Árbol, and garlic; roasted, then cooked, until the aroma finds its finish. Salsa Brava Roja is the perfect companion of our favorite meat, our fresh (unfrozen) fish, or wholesome poultry dishes.

This salsa is made with roasted tomatoes, Habanero chili peppers, garlic, and onions. Our creative process involves a dedication to additional ingredients we find congruous and make you softly exuberant.  We explore together ingredients conscientiously cooked on our shared path to unique flavor.   Every taste, you decide when our very spicy Rosa, impacts.  You can enjoy this salsa with any of your favorite dishes and be aware of when the spice hits!

This salsa is made with a primary blend of quality roasted tomatillos (green tomatoes), Serrano, and Chile de Árbol chili peppers, The other spices you can identify in discovery of flavor. These ingredients give our salsa a unique palate, overlayed by: very spicy. You can enjoy this salsa with any of your favorite dishes.
